Project Planning:



The Tomson Junpin project spans approximately 495 mu (about 330,000 m²), with a total floor area of roughly 496,000㎡—of which about 230,000㎡ is above ground. The site boasts a low plot ratio of 0.7. Together with the roughly 634-mu East Suburban Sports Park developed in collaboration with Pukai Group, the two form the entire land parcel. The property is bordered as follows: to the north by Jinxiu East Road, to the south by Zhangjiaham River, to the west by Yunshan Road, and to the east by Jinkeluo Road. A winding natural channel of the Zhangjiaham River flows gracefully through the community, dividing the entire site into three distinct sections—east, west, and south—and shaping its development across six planned phases. Surrounded both on its perimeter and at its heart by the East Suburban Sports Park, the project truly offers "life at the very center of the four seasons."

Dual Clubs:



Tomson has created a space that seamlessly blends "business casual" with "family-friendly leisure" themes. East and West Dual-Member Clubs Among them, the West Club features a "Business Casual" theme, with a total floor area of approximately 13,000 m², offering functional spaces such as a gym, a welcoming lobby, and a temperature-controlled swimming pool.

Architectural Design:
The architectural facade of the Phase II Tomson Junpin project was designed by HWCD, featuring dry-hung stone and metal aluminum panels for the exterior walls, along with expansive window areas accentuated by delicate moldings. The building’s color palette primarily includes off-white and coffee tones, creating an overall modern and minimalist aesthetic.



Landscape Design:
Tomson Junpin Phase II boasts a stunning five-layered garden system—both indoors and outdoors—expanding the very "boundaries of home." The community’s internal landscaping features a unique "One Axis, Five Realms" design: a central landscape axis that sets the tone for an elegant "homecoming experience," complemented by five distinct scenic spaces. These include an outdoor relaxation area, a charming pet-friendly playground, and a captivating "Forest Wonderland" kids' activity zone. Cleverly leveraging the area's varied topography, the design creates a natural play paradise that’s both fun and interactive.
