The Tomson Junpin project spans approximately 495 mu (about 330,000 m²), with a total floor area of roughly 496,000㎡—of which about 230,000㎡ is above ground. The site boasts a low plot ratio of 0.7. Together with the roughly 634-mu East Suburban Sports Park developed in collaboration with Pukai Group, the two form the entire land parcel. The property is bordered as follows: to the north by Jinxiu East Road, to the south by Zhangjiaham River, to the west by Yunshan Road, and to the east by Jinkeluo Road. A winding natural channel of the Zhangjiaham River flows gracefully through the community, dividing the entire site into three distinct sections—east, west, and south—and shaping its development across six planned phases. Surrounded both on its perimeter and at its heart by the East Suburban Sports Park, the project truly offers "life at the very center of the four seasons."
