Tomson Commercial Building
Located at the crossing between Dongfang Road, Zhangyang Road, and Century Avenue, the Tomson Commercial Buildingis the first foreign office building to be completed in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone. The building has a building area of 56,000 m2, with 25 floors above the ground. Inside the building is a large exhibition space, capable of flexible compartmentalization, making it an ideal business operation site for the financial, insurance and securities industry, as well as key production markets. The building has advanced building facilities and quality of international standard. Its unique golden glass curtain wall creates a grand and majestic atmosphere. Presently, over 95% of the building has been occupied by government organizations like the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; commercial banks such as the CITIC Industrial Bank, the Pudong Development Bank, the Industrial Bank, and the Bank of Overseas Chinese; and large companies such as DKSH, Isuzu, and Long Yu International.
Tomson International Trade Building
Located at No. 1 Jilong Road, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Pudong New Area, it is a Class-A foreign trade office building built by the Tomson Group for its all-round investment in Pudong. Construction of the building started in December 1992 and was completed in Aug 1995. With 25 floors and a floor area of over 46000 m2, it is one of the first office buildings to be operational in Waigaoqiao.
Located at 188 Zhangyang Road, the construction of the Tomson Center began in April 1993, and was officially put into use in Apr 1997. It consists of two 25-floor buildings and one 28-floor building, covering a total building area of 70,000 m2. The Tomson Center is a hotel-style apartment building with 740 rooms, ranking first in Lujiazui in terms of facilities, scale, and quality.
